Re: target red card available credit. If the payment shows as processed in your Redcard account, but it's not reflected in your available balance, I'd suggest giving them a call. I had a situation a few months back where a Target Redcard payment cleared my bank, as well as processed in the Redcard account for over a week, but wasn't reflected ...

Last year I was driving Uber and I had the Uber Debit Card and tons of bills (mostly on retail credit cards at that time). Say if I cashed out $62.02, I would go in Target and pay $22.02 on my Redcard and get $40.00 cash back. I was buying Chick Fil A and Wendy's gift cards and small simple snacks with my Red Card to get the 5% off.
I recently made a large payment to bring the balance, but even after the payment cleared from my bank account, the Capital One consumer website says I have no available credit. Target would have to defend it when the Bureaus reach out to them after your dispute.
