I open task manager, and kill the processes iCloud Passwords, Keychain, Photos and Drive. I then restart the iCloud app and it will sync within a few seconds or a minute. To get rid of the incorrect app badging, I followed the instructions srbwanderer has above but for Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive > toggle off, wait a bit, and turn it back on. Icloud Files Pending Sync on Windows 10 Recently my icloud drive stopped syncing (uploading to be more specific) files from windows 10. It can however download it, if I copy a file to icloud drive from my iphone. I have tried everything mentioned on various sites including apple. I have also reinstalled the drive and signed in again.
