20 minutes later, i was finally able to redeem the two codes after clearing my browser and using my mobile data. This is still such a major inconvenience and i would advise a Roblox engineer to look at the cause of the problem. Gave me a mini heart attack for 20 minutes.

So my daughter (8 years old) bought a $25 Roblox gift card yesterday. It's the kind with the pin under foil on the back of the card. The foil wasn't scratched off when she got it. We got home, she ran to her tablet and tried to redeem the card. It said invalid code. We tried multiple times. No luck. So I contacted Roblox support.

Unable to redeem digital gift card outside of the country of purchase (United States). Redeemed in Indonesia. It won't work with roblox toys that have virtual codes. Gift cards are having issues since christmas causes a lot of gift cards to be redeemed, redeem it in a day or two and you'll have no issues. Had this yesterday, first time got exactly same message as op, tried second time worked fine.
