Created on September 6, 2021. Minecraft account disappeared after forced move from Mojang to Microsoft. I received a notification from Mojang to migrate my Minecraft account to a Microsoft Account. I selected my account, entered the code I was emailed, and now I no longer have any way to log into Minecraft Java edition.

If you didn't migrate it last year your accounts disappear & you have to buy Minecraft again. If you haven't played MC for awhile you're basically screwed. It sucks especially if you somehow can't get into your email even if you did migrate your account but Mojang did give MC players a heads up to migrate your account for a while. Reply reply.

So I tried contacting Support. Even though I had my username, password, phone, access to the Mojang account, and access to the launcher, they refused to do anything to help me recover it without either email verification or me supplying my transaction code (which is emailed to the email account the moment you buy the game).
