  10. I am puzzled. There is no "Thunderbird server". Thunderbird is an email client that connects you to servers operated by email providers. Mozilla/Thunderbird is not an email provider. You appear to think you have another account, apart from the yahoo/frontier one. I doubt that reloading Thunderbird will help you.
