Sadly, no. Word and Excel now operate like Google Studio products, where they are all cloud-based. You can no longer have an isolated download of Word and Excel without having a cloud subscription to save your data. (Saying this as a long-time Windows user.)

Hi Ron. You can purchase those applications separately, but they are very expensive and you can only install the standalone applications on one PC only. If you only use those two applications, maybe the free online versions would be better or perhaps the free Open Office might suit . .
