PC SSE - Mod. Naruto fans rejoice. Naruto Ultimate Overhaul and The Uchiha Clan are now on Skyrim Special Edition. After assisting one of the mod authors with testing and feedback, NUO and UC have been ported with no major issue. I'm not the author of either of these mods and was given permission to upload the port of NUO to bethesda.net.
anon0767. I second this, I feel like the idea is already similar to DBZ or KingdomHeart characters that use Ki/Mana based attacks so it would be a matter of incorporating recreating the animations. DBZ already gave 3 insanely fun playable characters, imagine the icons from Naruto being ported over like Sasuke Uchiha, Itachi, or Pain.

Naruto mod do u wanna be come a God we have custom gods 3 of them who get Reincarnated every season starting season 3 we will pick 3 Random players to be the new reincarnation we will pick from people who play in season 2 Join are discord. Admins are Friendly and very helpful. Player activity mainly on the weekends looking to spread it out.

I mean if you had bought the old Justus in the story all you would really have to do is just grind for the scrolls. And trust me I'm doing that now and I'll have more than just ten scrolls with out modding. it’s ez just change values on CE you just have to grind enough esos for it to work which is usually like 7-8.
