If that doesn't work, you could always rip your CDs to your computer, and put them on a cheap MP3 player. I personally have had no trouble with the $20 ones (apart from the hard to read LED screens).

If you have mp3 files and want to fit a lot of them on one disc you need to make a data CD and then try it in your CD players to see if it works. Worst case you waste one blank CD.
If you have an older unit in your car....did you maybe put them on your flash drive as different types of files? I don't know a lot about these things but, I've learned by the mistakes I've made. I can burn tons of songs on a disk as a Data cd. They'll play in my car as it's newer formatted I guess (flash drive, etc). Will not play on older cd ...
My player said "cannot play" when im trying to load a data cd (DVD are too expensive so i decided to make a data cd instead". Is there any unlocks at my player or any technique? Its a SONY NS51P. Any answers will appreciate.
0. 19,210. May 14, 2013. #2. How are you burning what? DVD players really only support mpeg2. Many newer ones support other things like Divx or Xvid. But if you are just taking something like a wmv or Mkv and burning it to disk it isn't likely to work. Unless you transcode it first.
