I recently downloaded and installed a photo-editor called "Photoscape". WONDERFUL program save for one issue I'm having... Is there a way to scan a photo into the Photoscape program? PhotoScape X Pro doesn't even show up on their products list to request help on! I have spent more than a week, going from one Microsoft support site to another to get assistance. I've even spent time with an out of country support person, who didn't seem to understand my issue, and kept putting me on hold.

Since you’ve used EA download manager, the files of Photoscape might have been corrupted. I would suggest you to uninstall EA download manager through Programs and Features in Control Panel, and re-download Photoscape once again and try to install it. Uninstall or change a program
