How hoyolab interactive map works? So I usually use hoyo map for marking all my stuff. Today I opened it and all my marked pins got reset. Every geo oculi and anemo oculi pins got unmarked. But when I opened the same map with same account on my phone, the pins were marked there properly as they should be.

Hoyolab official interactive map for honkai star rail doesn't let me mark anything as "Found" Edit: This is intended behaviour. I've already logged in to the website on PC and selected the correct server for my account but I can't mark anything as found for some reason.
Pretty sure the Hoyolab interactive map is community fueled hence some chest locations have details and pictures while others don't. Heck some stuff aren't even fully recorded there like common materials such as Sweet Flowers and common enemies while other markers are outdated or sometimes even slightly off the actual location.
IIRC, Hoyolab interactive map isn't made or maintained by Mihoyo directly, some guys from the CN community made it and Miyoho just gave them the official site. Similar to this subreddit, even if it's official Mihoyo doen't manage it. So I highly doubt that Mihoyo it's going yo ever give them direct data from the game. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Whats the best map that has everything? I can’t read the chinese maps and the Mihoyo’s HoyoLAB Official Map seems completely crowdsourced unlike Mapgenie’s which seems like has a team overlooking it. Hoyolab map has many posts untranslated without pics etc.

You can however, create your own pins, it's one of the first choices at the top, and work with that, while the more you scroll down, you will see, teleport points, domains, bosses, enemies local ...
The next time one resyncs the in-game pins on the interactive map, the old ones will disappear, and any new ones you made since will be added.
