It happened, that the rear tire I've ordered was too big for my rear triangle, they've accepted a return of already installed tire without original box (not every shop will do that). So yes, I would recommend dealing with them. Just check for some discount coupons online, If I had checked in time - that would save me $100.

very very legit. Multiple orders, no problems. I like that you can see what is in stock at which warehouse and select where to ship from. If it's in stock in PA I know I'll get it in New England within a couple of days even with the cheap/free shipping. I have ordered from them 37 times in the last 6 years.

Universal Cycles has been absolutely reliable in everything. Performance Bike has good coupons and random sales - they’re ok. So these two remain the mainstay. On eBay - 365cycles and Wheel and Sprocket have good prices on OEM parts (they probably break apart groupsets and sell individual unboxed parts - but at least they are new).
