  4. Glock 30 Gen 3 Tungsten Guide Rod Help

    www.glockforum.com/threads/glock-30-gen-3-tungsten-guide-rod-help.41921

The gen 3 is a one spring and the gen 4 is a two spring. You can use the gen 3 Guide rod and spring on the gen 4 with an adapter. I'll see if I can find the video on you-tube for you about the rods. The 30 is considered a subcompact. So both gen.3 and 4 have DRSA. They may still be different. I'll look into it more.

  5. Lighter spring on guide rod - Glock Forum

While a lighter spring may make it easier to cycle the pistol, there are downsides. With regular ammo, you may not get the shock absorbing benefit from a standard recoil spring which could translate to "beating up" your pistol a bit more. As to a steel rod, there is no need for one, as the standard recoil spring assembly is fine.

Everything in 2020 is insane - Gen2 19s have more than doubled in price in just the last couple of months (really in the last 4 weeks. Guns that would have struggled to get $300 have now sold in the $700 and $800 ranges. It’s crazy but people are very impatient right now and willing to put down a lot of cash.

L-2. 244 posts · Joined 2016. #2 · Sep 22, 2018. It's good the OP posted the lubrication guide as Glock's lubrication instructions have slightly changed from years ago (when I was taught to put a drop on each of the 4 rail pieces). Also, when I first started with Glocks and had both never taken one apart or seen one taken apart, I didn't ...

  10. Used GLOCK prices | Glock Forum

    www.glockforum.com/threads/used-glock-prices.51393

Other than my blue label Glocks, I buy used ones. There are bargains to be found on used ones. The most I've paid was $375, that was for a lightly used Glock 35 with four magazines. I have no reservations about buying a used Glock. If there's no gross damage to major components. Any other problems are easily fixed for just a few bucks.
