Does anyone have this issue? When I turn on the Bluetooh settings and click: Add Device, I see my fit band on it but not my earbuds. So right now, it can't even detect the earbuds although the earbuds are right in front of the laptop. Other than this, my laptop is working fine except for battery problem (lasts as long as 2 mins without charging).
So I have a pair of Clarium Bluetooth earbuds that work completely fine with any other device I use. My phone and my monitor use it completely fine. They used to work on my Surface Pro 7 too. But since I updated to windows 11, the earbuds stopped working. They can connect to the Bluetooth on the Surface Pro, but no audio comes out.

It must be set to "Headphones (Beats Studio Buds Stereo) (Bluetooth)". Also for some reason the speaker and microphone only work if you set the mic to "Microphone (Realtek(R) Audio)". Your beats Studio Buds will not work if the mic is set to "Headset (Beats Studio Buds Hands-Free AG Audio) (Bluetooth)".

When trying to use my wireless Beats X with the laptop through bluetooth, the two successfully pair and connect. However when I go to play music or videos, no sound comes out of the earbuds. All the sudden, I tried to get on another video call on my computer yesterday and my Beats Fit Pro earbuds wouldn't connect. The bluetooth screen in the setting menu recognized them and said they were paired but when I clicked the "Connect" button, they would never engage.
Thanks for your reply. I checked online via Microsoft's website, and my VivoBook does appear to be in full support of Windows 11. In the Bluetooth & Devices panel, the earbuds show as "Connected voice," along with the battery level. (100%) I have never connected these earbuds to a phone, as mine is currently being repaired.
