Where does "the addon" got access to your email address? The addon's client.exe file maybe needs it if you want to uplaod the listings of your guild traders to the website.

Tamriel Trade Center tracks only current listings, so the 'fake' listings with way too high prices (for example 1 potato for 2.000.000 gold) can impact the prices suggested by the addon. Like any good programmer, one should throw away any obvious outliers (both high and low) before calculating a suggested price range.
It needs an alert system. Makes no sense. The data is not uploaded in "real time", it cannot! The game prevents this. DAta of the gaem can only be written to the SavedVariables upon loading screens. And then the uploader client.exe of the addon will forward it to teh website which is able to show it afterwards.
