You can press Win+X to select Device Manager. Find your wireless network adapter in Network adapters. Right click to open properties - advanced - 802.11a/b/g wireless mode - right value select the last dual band 802.11a/b/g. Then save and try to turn on the 5G hotspot again. Let us know if it works.
