I hit a key on keyboard - now my sign-in screen at Wells Fargo is 1/5 normal size. How to get screen back to normal - windows 7.
The message we get is secure.connect. does not connect and continues to circle with no response from the site. Have tried for several days. Every time I log in to Wells Fargo my friends user name and password come up. The save user name box is checked though we never checked it. I can uncheck and type my own info in and get into my accounts, but when I sign out and sign back in, the check user name box is checked again with my friends info.

I use Wells Fargo bank to do my on line banking and everything worked fine until today. I logged in and could not access my account. I called Wells Fargo and they told me they did a system update last night and I should update my Firefox driver, which I did and I still cannot access my account. I do not want to change browsers.
