Each visa should normally have two (2) different number, one of them being the "control" number. Usually the visa number is the other number on your visa. If you cannot locate it, then list your control number as your visa number.

The DS-160 form only accepts an 8 digit U.S. Visa Number under the “Previous U.S. Travel Information” section.
