Named after the University of Wyoming Athletics Director Glenn "Red" Jacoby (1946–73), the Jacoby golf course is one of two golf courses in Laramie, Wyoming. The course measures 6,855 yards and is located just east of the University of Wyoming campus. It is home to the university's men's and women's golf teams and also open to the public.
The Wyoming basketball program began in 1904 when a group known as the "Laramie Town Team" challenged a team from the university to a basketball game; Wyoming won that game by a score of 17–5.
