I was also looking for this not long ago. I have found one youtuber who did a few detailed tutorials. You can find them by looking for this specifically. I can write up a tutorial for you when I get home, I’m not versed in the drug busting and police raids, but I use the drugs and craft them pretty often.

to sell to other sims, you have to go through the Basemental category. you’ll see “Talk About Studies” and “Talk about Legalization” and choices like that etc etc. the mod is setup so that to each new customer, you have to convince them to buy it.
