On my Windows 10 Pro N (build 14393.222) computer, the Connect app is missing. I've gone through multiple build versions and haven't seen the app yet. However, on all my other computers, the Connect app is available -- even on an incompatible AMD system. The only difference is that these aren't N-builds. They are Home and Professional builds.
