Tune to channel 0, it should have the radio ID or ESN there. Failing that, they can use your VIN # to get it. Failing THAT, email if there is an email address they can use that. If that ALSO fails, your last name + your ZIP code. All of these methods should pull up your account.
I went to SiriusXM.com and entered this email address to login. It gives me options to text a verification code, email a verification code, or sign in with a password. I didn't recognize the last four digits of the phone number. I chose the email verification. Sure enough, I quickly received the code and logged-in.
