I am trying to log onto my military email in the exact same way and place as always and today it is giving me this message, "Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this
The problem is that now outlook thinks I have an @usa.army.mil account (I also recently had to renew my CAC) and my mail.mil account apparently no longer exists according to my S6, I can’t sign into my email and I think this problem is the reason I suddenly lost the ability to digitally sign anything when I got my new CAC
Hi Felice, Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconveniences, I'm sorry to hear that you can't login to your DoD email using your CAC card reader. It sounds like you're getting an AADSTS50107 error, which means that the requested federation realm object does not exist.
They have an email, just not on Army365. All personnel should have a generic Army (mil@mail.mil) account. If they don’t, they can request one. The army didn’t get enough licenses for all personnel to have Army365 access. so many people will remain on the mail.mil platform unless Big army deems them necessary.
The attached document on Army Operational Knowledge Management (Managing E-mail) states that you should "Include a signature block on all messages that contains your phone number and email address. This allows people to respond to you even if they only have the last piece of an email thread available."

The army didn’t coordinate enough licenses with Microsoft when they initially fielded the @army.mil addresses. Agreed try webmail with your @army.mil and if that doesn’t work try the Google work space site with the @usa.army.mil. You can also contact the AESD help desk that should be able to get OP a solution.
I cannot access my Army 365 webmail, it is signing me into a .deauser address instead of my .army.mil. How do I get that changed.
