It is connecting to my Canon Pixma MX922 Firmware version is 3.041. via my Wifi system or Direct Connection using the Printer Cable provided. My printing has worked flawless until just recently. Problem: when I ask to print from my laptop the Printer gets the signal from the laptop, initiates printing, but little to nothing will print on the page.
When printing, some lines come written with double letter effect: For example, the word "bad" looks like "bbaadd". The letters are so close that are almost on top of each other. This does not happen to all of the text on the page, but to many lines. Printer is MX922. Print from Word doc (or any text editor) onto plain paper.
Options. 02-05-2016 08:30 PM. I just got my new MX922 a few weeks ago and I love it. I've been printing photos from my iPhone 6 without problems until today. I got a new photo which was in black and white (if that makes a difference). When I try printing it via airprint, the pixma just ejects a blank piece of photo paper almost immediately.

Please try performing a few deep cleanings: 1. Please press the MENU button on your PIXMA MX922. 2. Use the down arrow key until the wrench and screwdriver icon is selected, then press OK. 3. Uelect Maintenance then press OK. 4. Select Deep cleaning and press OK.
