Incoming first-year students who are not required to live on campus, but would like to, are encouraged to complete the Housing Interest List on the Housing Portal as early as March 1, 2024. On-campus housing for local students is not guaranteed, and will be offered upon availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complete the sophomore housing lottery process (outlined above) with the Office of Housing Administration. Space is limited; only seven (7) apartment units or twenty-six (26) total beds are available at M@College through the Housing License Agreement.
Winter Break. Communities that do not offer Housing over the Break close Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. and reopen Jan. 20. On Jan. 20, continuing students may return after 10 a.m. New spring residents may check in from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Mail & Packages. There are two UPS stores on campus for all residential mail services. Mail and packages may not be sent directly to the residential buildings. Instead, all mail must be directed to the building's designated The UPS Store.
