Make sure you have your login details for all the apps you use on your TV. Go to Settings, then Support, followed by Device Care. If Device Care is greyed out, cold boot the TV then try again. In Device Care, select Self Diagnosis then select Reset Smart Hub. You’ll need to enter your PIN.

If you press the Home button on your remote and look to the bottom left of the screen (right of the 'Source' button) you should see 4 squares in a grid. Select this option to access the Apps store and use the search function to find the Youtube app. Hope this helps. 1 Kudo. Reply. AShoults.
I experienced the "Network disconnected" problem earlier in the year on my model S61A soundbar, and ended up solving it by doing three things: 1) Using an optical cable instead of HDMI ARC. 2) removing the soundbar from SmartThings. 3) Turning off WiFi under TV > General > Network > Expert Settings.
To use it: Go to settings, then select Support. In support select Device Care. If Device Care is greyed out, cold boot your TV and try again. Select Start Device Care to run a quick diagnostic of your TV. If an issue has been detected during the diagnostic, run Self Diagnosis for further checks. Manage storage.
Select Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset > 0000 (or your PIN if you have one) > Yes. Once the TV resets and turns on, set it up by following the prompts. Then press MENU, and select Support > Software Update. Once the software update is done, press SMART HUB, and let Smart Hub download and install updates.
In response to Help9. I have discovered two methods to get rid of the stuck closed caption phrases that work for me!. 1) Uplug TV from the wall let it sit for a few seconds 15 or so then plug it back in.... the stuck captions are gone. Method #2. 2) Using remote, Turn TV off for about 15 seconds.. no need to unplug.
Steps to get a perfect earc setup: 1 - on every device except for TV disable CEC or HDMI control. Apple TV, Sky Q, Xbox, PS5. Has to be all of them. 2 - unplug all devices from tv and Soundbar and hard reset both. 950A hard reset is holding volume up and down on bar until you see INT displayed and then it says BYE.
