My Samsung TV Plus channel guide was recently updated to Version 2 (December 2021). Many new channels were added to their lineup since the first version and now includes 201 "live" TV stations. I just bought a 2018 Samsung qSeries. Tv channel guide was working great until daylight savings time. Now the time is wrong in the guide and the channel information is wrong. Your remote which came with the TV is probably a BN59-01315N (see bottom left corner of remote) I had the same problem and saw the comment that the Disney+ button had been reprogrammed. I bought a Samsung BN59-01315M remote from Amazon for £11.95 and it works perfectly.

In the meantime, you can access the Guide by clicking in the channel up/down button on the Smart Remote, or heading to Home > Live TV > Guide. I bought my first ever Smart TV, a Samsung QLED, beginning to think it was a mistake because the guy in Richer Sounds told me it had exactly the same channels as freeview! However, The only way I seem to be able to watch standard channels like BBC, ITV etc is to go to the individual apps which is really annoying and time consuming.
