We had the same problem last month. No one could log in. I was concerned the account was hacked. Opened a ticket, but of course, they don't answer quickly. They really need a quicker form of communication for emergencies. Anyway, the next day everything was back to normal. Never found out what the problem was. 1.
Hi guys for some reason when I try to log into my Walmart one account using the right username and password. It’s saying password or username not recognized? Does anyone know why it’s saying that? Did I get fired? I did just come back from an approved 1 month vacation, unpaid time off. So perhaps maybe they thought I was not coming back?
Lmao yeah you’ve been banned from shopping online at Walmart. You can’t even make other accounts because your name and card number along with IP address are linked together. No way around it. I got banned for returning an item online because it was missing from my grocery order.

Just found a tidbit that can help. While I was starting to register a new account, it clarifies the password must be between 8 and 11 characters, whereas password reset just says more than 8. Revising my password to fit this worked, so at least right now it just seems that someone needs to make that more clear. 2.
It only brings my the page leaving no other option but to create a new password and account. This makes absolutely no sense what so ever. If anyone has information on how to deal with this, I am curious. I also need to find tech support on Walmart's end. I work there. I want Walmart plus, but I can't enjoy it if the platform makes no sense.
The same thing is happening to me tonight, someone is trying to hack into my Walmart account. It's an option in the settings under personal info, it will text a one time code to your phone each time you login. It says it keeps your account safer than setting a password. There were like 4 cards on my account that I don't own. I changed my passwords for email and my Walmart account. I called Walmart and had a hell of a time arguing back and forth with the lady on the phone. I was able to cancel the order for the crackers but they wouldn't do jack about the gift card.
