With your disk connected your system, type msinfo32 into the run command. In the left hand pane expand components, expand storage, and then select disks. Find your disk in the right hand pane and look at the value next to Bytes/Sector. If the value is 4096, then your target disk is a native 4K sector disk.
Yes, ATI 2019 (along with all versions of True Image) is not supported by Acronis for any help or bug fixes etc. Yes, Acronis do not support users with ATI 2019 on Win 11 - BUT - it works just fine! I have several machines with exactly that combination! I have also tested as far back as ATI 2015 with Win 11 and it too worked fine as did 2016 ...
The backup option is tedious and complicated. However, you made a good point so I should do the backup as a backup to the clone. My main concern was the Sabrent uses 4k blocks and a spinning hard drive uses 512 blocks. Making a clone would have to convert 4k to 512 and to re clone back to the Sabrent would have to convert 512 blocks to 4k blocks.
I received the OEM version of Acronis True Image 2014 with a Western Digital external USB hard drive that I purchased. I don't remember if it came with an installation disc or not. I have an email from Acronis with the activation key, and the same key shows in my Acronis account when I log it.
