Ninh Thuận ( Vietnamese: [nïŋ˧˧ tʰwən˧˨ʔ] ⓘ ), previously named Phan Rang province, [ 4 ] is a coastal province in the southernmost part of the South Central Coast region, the Central of Vietnam.
