Originally syndicated by Premiere Networks, the show moved to Cumulus Media Networks (now Westwood One) at the beginning of 2014.
On November 5, 2015, after being inducted along with Tom Griswold into the National Radio Hall of Fame, Kevoian announced his retirement effective at the end of 2015.
