I tend to stay away from anyone with less than 99% feedback, low sale numbers, and more importantly, foreign sellers.

This is a great scam scheme: sell the product, create a label, but do not send anything. Ebay and Paypal do not help the customer in this case. In the latest reviews of the seller, it is written that he is a fraudster and does not send anything. Unfortunately, the review was left after my purchase.
