    I’m in the same situation and my last salary step was denied, because 30 credits need to be earned after your masters. I'm not a twacher yet, but from what I know, you need plus 30 credits in order to get the small pay raise. To be at the highest pay scale possible, you need additional 30 credits after your masters.
