Hi All I sell lots on ebay and use hotmail for my ebay selling and messages. Just starting yesterday on hotmail emails from ebay of a sold item there is an ad of half the page of bulsh_t items for sale. I only see half a page of my sold item and have to use side bar to scroll down to see what I sold and to who.
I cannot delete an ended/unsold item from my ebay selling page. Anyone else with this problem. I end a listing that I will re-list with a new price, or other changes. It goes to my "Unsold" section. My questions: 1. exactly what are the criteria for "recent Sales activity" to qualify (Is it number of sales or is it a dollar amount or combination of both) I think that eBay is not revealing the specific criteria because they want to make it harder for sellers to manipulate their sales history in order to qualify.
In my experience, that message will not ever go away no matter how long or short is your description. Description should include those things you believe are essential and enhancing to your listing. Don't make your description longer for length sake. Generally, there is a tension between being thorough and being brief.
