Man Best Buy customer service is exactly why I WONT buy from them again. My IBP prebuilt had the cpu cooler fail less than 6 months after I purchased it. I called Best Buy and the corporate rep told me that they would diagnose for free and ship it to IBP if necessary for repairs.

Legit the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
