The Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) is a mandatory requirement for travelers from visa exemption countries visiting South Korea, which came into effect on 1 September 2021. Travelers holding ordinary passports from eligible countries and territories must obtain a K-ETA before their departure to South Korea.
