    Good Morning Everybody, I am using Microsoft Excel 2003. I would like to know if there is a formula I can use to calculate 90 days from a specific date. For example: I would like to calculate 90 days from the date of 12/07/2009 automatically. I would also like to know is it possible to caluclate 90 (BUSINESS DAYS) from the date of 12/07/2009.

This formula will give you "Y" if a date is more than 90 days old compared with today. =IF (A1< TODAY ()-90,"Y","N") follow the same logic for 365. Audere est facere.

    I am using =D2+90which gives me a new date after hire date. I don't know if this is correct. Also, I need another formula to add the Initial Pay Rate plus 90 days increase. The TODAY () function is volatile, and automatically updates - so if you open it tomorrow that cell will be different (3/30/2012 + 90 vs. 3/31/2012 + 90).
