  2. Problems with an HP printer, can I get it repaired?

    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/741487/problems...

According to them it would either cost £22 if they can troubleshoot it over the phone, or £175 if I have to send it back to them! I was hoping to be able to get it somewhere to ...

My printer is a HP PSC 2410 Photosmart all-in-one and the cartridge is Tesco's version of the Number 56 cartridge. I've replaced my colour one with the tesco one with no problems in the past so I'm totally baffled by this.
