When the “My Subscriptions” page loads, you will find all your channel subscriptions that get billed by Roku, along with the terms, status, and renewal date of each subscription.
You can Factory Reset your device under Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Factory Reset as mentioned by @andyross or pressing and holding the Reset button on the device for 30+ seconds. Make sure to have a working physical remote before performing a Factory Reset on a Roku device/RokuTV.

Go the website https://watch.thechosen.tv/ and look near the upper right and select "Log In". The same username and password that allows you to login at the Chosen website will be the same username and password that you need to use to login to the Chosen channel/app on your Roku device. 06-28-2024 02:48 PM.
Re: Roku Smart home app login. After three chats with Support, I found out how to login with 2 factor on a tablet. You have to put in a phone number which takes you to a page that lets you request a code be sent to an email. And it does work.
Re: Apple TV: No option to sign in on mobile device; verification fails when signing in on remote. Got my devices signed and working with Apple TV now. Here is the process that worked for me. 1. Uninstall Apple TV from device. 2. Remove power for 30 seconds. 3. Install Apple TV app.

Almost all channels purchased through Roku can only be viewed on a Roku device. As has been posted here many times if you have any devices other than Roku you should not purchase channels through Roku.
