Add a Channel to Favorites: Press the left arrow button on the remote to highlight the channel and press OK. Use the right arrow button to highlight Favorite. Press OK on the remote to add the channel as a Favorite. To remove the channel as a Favorite, repeat these steps and choose Remove Favorite instead of Favorite.
We would recommend uninstalling the Xfinity Stream App completely, and hard restarting the Fire Stick (or Fire TV) by unplugging it from the power outlet for several minutes. Xfinity streaming incompatible with firestick 2nd gen. It seems the xfinity streaming app is incompatible with Amazon's 2nd gen firestick. After installing and opening the app, a message pops up telling me to upgrade the android software to 5.0 and then install the app. The android version is 5.2.9.3. Is there a fix for this?
