When you have that issue and roblox accidently installs outside of multi ronblox, just run roblox account manager as administrator, it will remove the old one and use its version. Just use Roblox Account Manager. It does everything that Multiple RBX does but way better. Roblox Account Manager does require you to enter the account credentials of your alts so id recommend just using it with throwaways if you don't trust it.
I have me and 3 alts all grinding at once. Already said but Roblox account manager. There is a multiple Roblox setting you have to enable. I don't use it for grinding but it was great when PSX has the free gifts at update time. I use bluestacks it's a third party app that makes this pretty simple.
