I had this problem 6 weeks ago. Spoke to HP support. Went throught the motions and ended up taking the printer back to the store for a replacement. Today, the same problem arises. Unbelievably I was advised by HP chat support that the problem may be the paper I was using. Which was the HP Advanced paper supplied with the printer!
