    So Im just confused here. I have Windows 10, updated to latest version and installed the Prime Video App from the Microsoft Store. I contacted Amazon Support and they told me the Prime Video App for Windows -does- support 4k playback, but, when I launch any UHD video, at the bottom left corner of the screen, it says its just running in 1080p.
