    This worked for me - I tries 5 digit zip code, like 12345. My billing Zip code is located in Las Vegas, NV so I used 89103 but I have the same problem "Zip Code Invalid Format ". TomasK. I had the same problem. You really have to use the postcode of the city you are currently IN, not the one in your billing address.

    This information can be helpful for other users. Within Word you can apply a "picture switch" to the mergefield to tell it how it is supposed to treat data. \# "00000-0000" would handle 9-digit zip codes. I am not sure how that would work with 5-digit codes though.
