Rubble (voiced by Luxton Handspiker) is a 5-year-old English Bulldog and a member of the PAW Patrol who becomes the founder and the leader of Rubble & Crew. He drives around in a bulldozer with an excavator arm. Like PAW Patrol, he is also an expert DJ and makes use of his catchphrase "Rubble on the Double".
