Planning to buy my first 2021 Acura RDX in the next days and would like impression’s about long term reliability. I’m buying for daily commute with 12k miles and planning to stay at least until 150k miles.
I purchased from Bridgewater Acura in NJ - I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the experience there - no games, MSRP deal a well worth the trip from northern VA. So far, I’ve done Xpel PPF on the full front end, part of the roof, A-pillars, rocker panels and fender flares, and Xpel Fusion ceramic coating.
Pohanka Acura is mine’s ⭐️. In Florida, a good dealer doesn’t exist. I had a good experience with Acura of Pembroke Pines. I had decent deals with this one in SFL Pembroke Pines. The service though has always been lackluster though - the check-in people forgetting to hand over paperwork to advisor, parts not in stock for routine service ...
