To put it short: after 7 years of my personal transition (ie. hormones, a tracheal shave, and a really subtle BA), I'm "seen" as an incredibly beautiful woman in her mid-twenties. It is simultaneously relieving regarding my gender, and potentially one of the most isolating things I have dealt with in my platonic and romantic life.

I have heard this story a number of times, a pre cracked trans woman sees a beautiful woman somewhere and realises they want to BE her, which starts things rolling. It happened to me way back in 2002. I was early twenties, I was at a festival sitting on the grass. A girl walked passed wearing a beautiful blue dress, she had lovely long blonde hair.
Girl if you were like her you wouldn't be you. I'm sure she would be happy to share any tricks and tips and remember you are seeing her now, not when she began transitioning, you are only seeing an end result (if you think transitioning even has an end) let it inspire you, an independent trans woman can be beautiful, and can work w.e job it is you work.
