hay I can't connect my Xbox account to my epic games account. I'm not sure if the Xbox account is already linked to a different epic games account or if it is an auto account. I went to where you said, and removed permissions from Epic Games. Then I re-linked the account and something odd happened. Xbox sent me an email that i successfully connected the app and it came under the Apps and Services tab, but on the Epic Games end, it didn't recognize the account and still prompted me to link the account.

Within my son's Epic Games account he currently has a connection to his Switch.
