I have a few books uploaded on Google Play Books. Play Books isn't available in the country I'm in. I can easily access and read these books from my Android app (although I cannot browse and purchase new ones) but I can't access them on my computer/phone browser. Is there any way I can at least read the books I already own on my PC? ADDENDUM:
2. I'm viewing free books on Google Play Books from my Windows 10 Laptop and Chrome browser but some books are not downloading. The three vertical line menu doesn't have the download option for some of them. How can I download the book on my PC?
As far as I know DRMs from Google Play Books can be removed but it requires using outdated and partly deprecated programs (i.e., MS .NET 3.5 SP 1 and ADE 2.0.1) or libraries (i.e., pyCrypto). I got it working on a QEMU VM with Wine.

In Chrome on my Android device, I signed into my old google account. I then signed out of Chrome, and signed back in using my new google account. It allowed me to merge all of my synced data. I then logged into Chrome on my Windows machine using the new google account, and all of my chrome data from the old google account showed up.
