You may renew your individual RE license online, by mail, or in person. The standard fee for renewal is $125.00. Online renewals are discounted to $100.00. and under the Forms and Applications tab, find and print the Mail-in Renewal Application.

Continuing Education (CE) credits on your license are maintained by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). That state agency oversees your real estate license. To check your license credits: Go to the GREC website (www.grec.state.ga.us). Under the “Licensed Professionals” tab, select “Online Service Login.” Follow the prompts.
