Expand the "Keyboard" and "Mouse and other pointing devices". Right-click on Razer Orbweaver Chroma and select Uninstall device.If you are asked for a confirmation, mark the box next to Delete the driver software for this device and press OK. Delete ALL Razer Orbweaver Chroma drivers. Restart your computer to uninstall the drivers completely.
Insider Mini. I just uninstalled and then reinstalled Razer Synapse 2.0 to try and see if it would help my Naga Epic Chroma from freezing. Unfortunately when I did that none of the profiles synced after the reinstall. When I first load up Synapse 2.0 after logging in it notifies me that I have profiles available online but none of them sync.

CAUSE. The DLL bundled with the latest Synapse 2 install kit contains RazerConfigNative.dll vers=2.46.0.0, which is not signed by Razer.
